build healthy habits

Here at ShoreStrong Summer Programs, we prioritize the importance of habits. Healthy habits are the building blocks of a healthy life. We teach girls to prioritize their mental and physical health through nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness practices. Our schedule includes nutrition classes, healthy meal prep and recipe classes, and team-building and empowerment sessions . We also encourage the girls to find a form of fitness that motivates them and that they can incorporate into their weekly routines throughout the school year. We provide opportunities for the girls to try new forms of working out through our classes, such as pilates, HIIT circuits, dance cardio, and more!

…AND HAVE FUN DOING SO

We have a ton of fun and exciting activities throughout our sessions to get our girls moving, making friends, and having a blast! Summer session activities include beach days and sunset nights (we are less than a 10 minute walk from both the beach and the bay), water parks, beach volleyball, shuffle board, amusement park rides, mini golf, movie nights, karaoke nights, and more! The girls will make memories AND habits that will last a lifetime!
